- Every Wednesday, Saint Christophe comes alive with its Charolais cattle market. This internationally renowned market is over 500 years old!
- Follow one of our guides to ‘Experience and understand the market’, go behind the scenes at the auction and gain access to the auction room.
- At the end of the tour, a film about our village and its market will be shown at the Tourist Information Centre (running time: 11 minutes).
Guided tours every Wednesday from 8.30am, departing according to the duration of the livestock sale until 2pm.
Market closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Visit costs:
- 3€ per person from 11 years old
- Free for children under 10
- Visit + tasting package: €5 instead of €6 (price per person).
Tickets can be bought at the ‘Start of the tour’ chalet under the fairground.
(Dogs are not allowed to accompany their owners on guided tours)
