In an educational area, professionals (butchers, restaurateurs, breeders) introduce you to this renowned meat. They’ll share their knowledge and experience with you, and answer all your questions.
- Tasting every Wednesday from 9:30am to 12:30pm from April 1 to October 31.
- Off-season tasting on request for groups only.
- Cost of the tasting: €3 per person.
- Package : visit + tasting : 5€ instead of 6€ (price per person).
